Cerner Corporation has announced they will partner with Meridian Health to help manage population health data from multiple non-Cerner acute and ambulatory electronic health records.

Meridian’s chosen Cerner platform, HealtheIntent will aggregate and normalize clinical, financial, operational and claims data from multiple, disparate sources in near real time.   Within HealtheIntent-based solutions Meridian will work with HealtheRegisteries, HealtheCare, and HealtheEDW (Entreprise Data Warehouse) across its more than 100 locations.

Through this, Meridian will provide clinicians with better insight of their patient population and improve engagement with members, their families, and care providers.

Meridian Heath is a non-for-profit health system based out of New Jersey.
