Description: The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (“University”) is soliciting proposals in response to this Request for Proposal for Selection of a Vendor to Provide Implementation Services related to the Oracle Fusion Compensation Module, RFP No.744-1327 (this “RFP”), from qualified vendors of functional and technical configuration, design, development and implementation services (the “Services”) related to the Oracle Fusion Compensation module. The Services include fit-gap/business process analysis; functional and technical configuration, design and development and training implementation of the Oracle Fusion Compensation module.

In December 2012, a business review of the current UTHSC-H annual merit/compensation process identified the need for improvements through streamlined processing, elimination of manual spreadsheets, automation of approvals, and integration to Payroll. After review of products available and alternatives, a decision was made to utilize the new Fusion Compensation module to address these improvements. The Fusion Compensation module will be implemented as a Cloud, SAAS solution.

Contracted work, as a result of this RFP, is anticipated to begin in May 2013.
