Description:  The Southeast Michigan Community Alliance (SEMCA) seeks vendors to submit proposals for an electronic medical record system.  They seek an EMR that is Meaningful Use certified to serve as a platform to support fiscal management, regulatory and contractual requirements, data analysis, and other critical operational functions.
SEMA is a regional substance use disorder Coordinator Agency, serving two counties in Michigan.  It contracts with 32 Michigan licensed substance use disorder treatment providers that operate 79 offices.  Treatment services include screening and referral, sub-acute detoxification, short and long term residential treatment, individual and group outpatient counseling, methadone maintenance services, family counseling and geriatric counseling, case management, relapse recovery, and support services.
