FRAMINGHAM, MA – December 13, 2021 – Definitive Healthcare (Nasdaq: DH), an industry leader in healthcare commercial intelligence, today announced it has been named a Top Place to Work in Massachusetts in the category of large companies by The Boston Globe. Definitive Healthcare’s recognition by The Boston Globe marks the company’s fifth consecutive year being named one of the best companies to work for in Massachusetts.

The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work list is based on confidential survey information compiled by Energage, an independent research and consulting firm. More than 80,000 employees at 363 Massachusetts companies participated and 150 employers made the list across four size categories: largest, large, medium and small.

“2021 has been a milestone year for Definitive Healthcare, as we celebrated our 10-year anniversary, became a public company and continued to grow our team. We’re honored to add being one of The Boston Globe’s Top Places to Work to that list,” said Jason Krantz, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Definitive Healthcare. “Our tight-knit company culture is fundamental to everything we do and our repeated recognition by The Boston Globe is a testament to that fact.”

The cornerstone of Definitive Healthcare’s culture is its commitment to its employees. The company seeks to hire the very best and then invests in developing each individual through training, leadership opportunities and rapid promotions.

Another key to Definitive Healthcare’s culture is its commitment to community service. Through the company’s DefinitiveCares program, employees can work with their choice of more than 40 charitable organizations, supporting causes from hunger and homelessness to healthcare, LGBTQ+ issues, racial justice, women’s initiatives, and more.

Finally, the company is highly committed to diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI). At the center of these efforts are Definitive Healthcare’s affinity groups, a grassroots employee-led effort. With affinity groups for women’s empowerment, LGBTQ+, Black, indigenous and people of color (BIPOC), working parents and disabilities, the company provides a range of opportunities for employees to support each other and enable greater education companywide through training, events, and speaker series.

Earlier this year, Boston Business Journal also recognized Definitive Healthcare for the fifth consecutive year as a Best Place to Work in Massachusetts.
