Definitive Healthcare Hosts Third Annual Golf Tournament to Support the Jimmy Fund

Event raises over $50,000 to help fund cancer research

Framingham, MA – September 6, 2018 – Definitive Healthcare, the leading provider of data, intelligence, and analytics on the healthcare provider market, hosted its third annual golf tournament supporting the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Jimmy Fund.

“It’s a really fun day in support of an incredible cause,” said John Caccavaro, the tournament director. “I’m happy we have such wonderful sponsors and volunteers. The growth we’ve seen over past two years is a tribute to their hard work and support.”

The event was organized by DefinitiveCares, the community service organization at Definitive Healthcare. More than 140 participants and 20 volunteers attended the event. In addition to golf, there was a silent auction, dinner, a putting contest, and more. All told, the event raised over $50,000 for the Jimmy Fund, a 66 percent increase over the previous year’s tournament.
