There are 24 hospitals that have hospital-wide readmission rate scores at 12.7% or lower. These hospitals are dispersed across 21 states. The states of Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Texas each have two hospitals on the list.
The average readmission rate for the hospitals on the list is 12.3%, compared to the national average readmission rate of 15.0%.
