Northwestern Medical Group is affiliated with Northwestern Memorial Hospital, a leading academic medical center in the state and a top hospital in Chicago.
Duly Health and Care, formerly known as DuPage Medical Group, and University of Chicago Medicine Physicians round out the top three physician groups in Illinois by Medicare charges.
