TeleTracking

What is TeleTracking?

TeleTracking is an integrated healthcare operations platform that combines comprehensive technology solutions with clinical expertise to optimize access to care, connect care transitions, and streamline the care delivery process. It is a platform over three decades old that helps improve workflow, attract and retain patients, and better utilize scarce resources.

Through TeleTracking, the principles of logistics management are applied to hospitals and health systems by combining patient flow software with Real-Time Location System (RTLS), allowing executives to manage hospitals as events unfold.

Some of the key benefits of TeleTracking include sharing real-time analytics to influence data-driven processes and improve communication. This is accomplished through solutions such as:

  • Patient flow management
  • Workflow automation
  • Patient transportation during admission
  • Bed management
  • Discharge-transfer

TeleTracking offers interoperability between non-acute, acute, non-affiliated, and affiliated facilities, allowing these facilities to place a greater emphasis on the patients they treat and meet them wherever they seek care, even if it is not at one facility.

How does TeleTracking improve healthcare?

TeleTracking has always focused on expanding the capacity to care, whether that is by increasing the speed by which patients receive care or improving the quality of care received no matter the location a patient is at because of interoperability.

The four goals of TeleTracking include:

  • Optimizing staff workflows and productivity
  • Strengthening the quality of care
  • Improving financial performance and market share
  • Integrating data across EMR systems
